I am John and my heart goes out to our Brave Men and Women of the Armed Forces... I strongly support the Wounded Warrior Project... I run a page on facebook that is dedicated to supporting our troops. For every 100 people that like my page a send 1 American flag out to a service member serving in Iraq or Afghanistan. Come check it out we have a great time over there. Flags For American Troops

I also do some off site blogging at JEC2.com, I like to soapbox sometimes and this is my place to do just that, if you want to come and check it out I really would appreciate it. You never know what I am going to write about.

My wife Lori is a special education teacher, she has a very unique gift of saving money... we are able to to support food banks, homeless shelters, and many others through her finding items for free.. she is a big fan of the local Womens Center...

Then there is our 15 year old daughter... She loves to help other teens... she loves to write music and has a beautiful voice...
